For the record, OOo will use system fonts plus whatever custom fonts
you install for OOo use.

There could be another problem, does Windows recognize Tamil as a valid
language. I ask because OOo supports languages that Windows does not and
in order to get Windows to accept these languages there are some
installation tweaks that are needed. See 110n project.
