Openoffice.org comes with almost none of them above. Anything it does come with can be used. For anything else, you have to check with the source from which you obtained it.

Yes. Presumably you would sell it for only a small profit to people who it too difficult to download OpenOffice. But it is legal to sell it for as much as you can get, provided you provide information as how to obtain the source code.
