Thanks Paul However unchecking Capitalization doesn't pick-up accidentally capitalized words and, with my typing skills, that can be a problem. I'm not sure what massaging en masse entails but I do have all the names now in a collection of dictionaries in OOo. I would hate to have to apostroph
