OpenOffice can read documents generated by MS Word 2003. It can also
save documents in MS Word 2003 format. I have no idea about the Gregg CD.
OpenOffice is free to download and free to use. Documentation is free
from the web site and so is support via this mail list run by
volunteers. Try it.
