This is in reference to the person who is wanting a means of keeping track
of items entered into a database. A good possibility is mindmapping. Two
free versions that are very powerful are Vue and Freemind. Google them,
and check them out. Freemind is open source; Vue is from Tuft's
University. Freemind can interface with Open Office. If you're
unfamiliar with the concept, it can look daunting, but it's easy to use in
a short time. I use it for a lot of note taking, agendas, project
management and just keeping track of things.
