I just installed OO 2.3 primarily for the MediaWiki export filter. I
do not see this filter on the File export menu, and I cannot find any
documentation related to installing this as an extra component.
How do I activate this filter?

I just installed OO 2.3 specifically for the MediaWiki export feature.
I do not see an option to export in MediaWiki format on the File
menu, and search of Help failed to locate any info.
Can you please point me to documentation describing how to use this feature?
