Dear list, I am using OpenOffice.org3 (LibreOffice 3) and trying my luck with numbering styles. I am starting to get the hang of things, but there's one problem I cannot seem to fix:
With "simple numbering" (F12), I can easily make the following happen: 1. this is 2. an enumeration 3. at level 1 And then the enumeration stops, we're back at text body. Now, if we 1. create another 2. simple enumeration 3. the numbering restarts at (1). Since I work with enumerations a lot, and I need all the outlining flexibility, in combination with somewhat complex labeling and cross-references, I found "simple numbering" a bit to brittle. Hence I am now trying to use numbering styles. The problem is that in the above example, the numbering would continue beyond the text body interjection, e.g.: […] 4. create another 5. […] Of course I can manually restart numbering in the paragraph options, but I'd really like it better, if I could get my numbering to restart automatically every time I start a new list (e.g. after I change paragraph style to something that's not an enumeration). Do you know how I can achieve this? -- martin | http://madduck.net/ | http://two.sentenc.es/ "distrust all those who love you extremely upon a very slight acquaintance and without any visible reason." -- lord chesterfield spamtraps: madduck.bo...@madduck.net
