You said OOo hangs *after* opening any MSO file. Did you mean *during*
or is it really *after*?
I have never seen this with any MSO file - on Linu

While using it I have facing two major problem:
1. Calc hung after openning font name selection list
2. OO (impress, calc and writer ) hang after openning
any microsoft office file.
