I created another user and I can use Format Cells when I run oocalc as
the new user. I did remove the .openoffice.org2.0 directory again for
the user which had this problem. Everything seems to work fine. oocalc
was running when I removed the .openoffice.org2.0 directory previously.
This time I closed oocacl and then removed the directory. Maybe that was
what was needed.
