The only one I can think of is Ingots www.theingots.org, while this is
mainly aimed at schools it's practical based, also to get the highest
platunum ingot you need to do community support, If anyone else can
comment on this, it's just an idea, and the qualification is community
based, and is pretty much world wide, or at least the more people use
it, the better as it will get more widely recognised.
At least it's open source based, which is also important, I think the
URL is correct but a search on google for theingots should produce
something.
