How does using OO to save in m$ formats increase wider usage of odf
such that the average person understand that odt is the preferred
format???

Tools | Options | Expand Load/Save | select General
Near the bottom of the screen you can set the Always save as for the various
document types. We set up PCs to use the Microsoft Office 97/2000/XP format.
