I am trying to schedule a spreadsheet to print at a specified time each
day, I have created a scheduled task on a windows 2003 server that I
have installed OpenOffice.org version 2.2 on. This is the server that
the file and printer is defined on, the printer is setup using tcp/ip
printing, and the job is scheduled to run under the local administrator
account.
The command line is entered as follows:
"C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 2.2\program\scalc.exe" -pt
\\servername\printername "driveletter:\path\filename.xls"
This works fine if I am logged in as the local administrator account
when the job is executed. But if I am not logged in it always goes to a
printer that I do not want the job to print to. It is not the default
printer under the administrator profile on the server, nor is it the
first printer in the list, its always the same printer though, I just
have no idea why its printing to that printer instead of the one
specified by the -pt option.
