I am OpenOffice user. I have had to buy a new computer and would like to
continue to use OpenOffice. Would you be so kind as to direct me as to how I
can re-establish my account, or do I have to re-install from scratch.

Your questions about Windows should be directed towards Microsoft.
In terms of installing OpenOffice on your new computer that is just
fine. Download the latest version from the website and after you have
installed it, select 'Already Registered' when it asks you.
