[users] data sources to make address lablels

I am following docs online for OO 3.1 on lunix Zen. I imported and saved an excel file as an OO .ods file im my OO/spreadsheet dir (these are MY created dirs, not an OO 3.1 dir). I get to the point in docs where it asks for data sources...BUT it opens something which about 6 files, with only
