Hi, After I installed and tried OpenOffice 3.0 beta for the 1st time, I 
realized that file associations for the program has been disabled. This is 
despite the fact that during installation I selected all the file type 
associations available,then when I went to try to find a way for my files to be 
associated automatically I could not find one. All my file type options for the 
relevant OO  programs had been selected but still not appiled,so when I wanted 
to open a file(for example my MSExcel document,I cloud not open it without 
first opening the start-up center then selecting my document from the "Open" 
menu which is very troublesome. This did not happen when I was using OpenOffice 
2.4. Also when I installed the latest automatic update for the program, the 
program has not been able to start up ever since and when it did (twice),both 
times I was led to a error report screen. then the program would just shut 
down. PS: this is my 1st time posting,so if I did it wrong anywhere,please do 
not hesitate to send me an email to tell me how to do it right. Thank you. Ivan
