I have IrfanView, but I never realized that I can crop with it. Always used
GIMP for that, which may not have
been the best idea since IrfanView opens a lot faster than GIMP…

Try GIMP.org; IrfanView; XnView; Blender all are opensource and have winXP
vers and free for the download if you google them.
