yum repolist -v
From your letter it seems that you have only 'Virtuozzo Linux' repositories
configured and none for 'Virtuozzo' (aka OpenVZ).

OpenVZ7 update was released.
It includes new kenrel, criu, qemu-kvm and libvirt.
