I confirm , I cannot yum update on mine

Seeing the same here. I suspect it may be related to the package signing
issue I saw yesterday. I suspect it will be cleared up before too long.

Is there any intent to upgrade rsync to the 3.1.x branch in vz7 as Cent
7 bases use? There are some features in it I'd really like but vz7
seems to only come with 3.0.9.
# rpm -q rsync
rsync-3.0.9-21.vz7.x86_64
