I trying to install FreeBSD 8.3 as a guest on Ovirt 3.1, but install crashes
with "Fatal trap 12: page fault in kernel mode". Host - CentOS6.3, packages:

The work flow you described seems correct to me.
You may want to run rpmconf after step 5 just to be sure you're not
missing some configuration changes.

usually a SAN doesn't support bonding (see post of Nicolas) of its interfaces,
so you have to use multipathing technology.
You have to separate all nics in different subnets so multipath can work.
Command multipath -ll with show the connected paths.
