please keep in mind to provide a sane upgrade path for the people

Dan,
Is there a way to deprecate this starting 3.3.2 as we have an integrated

Hello
I just thought I'd send a quick message to say Hi and to see if anyone
on here is using Ovirt with Dell EqualLogic as the back-end storage.
If anyone is having difficulty getting up and running this may be helpful:
Looks a bit like Vagrant but less for development only ;-)
Thanks for the tip!

I haven't looked into this very much, but it sounds promising.
Anyone on list familiar with it?
It is, in essence, LXC containers combined with an overlay filesystem.
It's basic PaaS with a Go binary (docker) wrapped around LXC.

That kernel option worked for me! The node is booted up in RAM. Thanks!
My next question is:
How do I specify the root login and passwd as boot parameters?
Hey David.
Nice that it worked! Were you able to register to

My understanding of Docker is that it provides a lighter-weight alternative to
jboss or tomcat, but I'm not sure how much you would extend ovirt with a java
application server.

Hi Dan,
I'm a colleague of Gary's, we've been working on this project together.
We've not had it working with the Dell HIT thus far. The python scripts in

Thanks,
That definitely makes sense. I hope your modifications will be integrated
