Thanks Frank.
No need for manual sync if the cluster policy is set, the engine will update
the police when the host moves to status up.

I'd be interested in this too. I currently set CONNECTED_MODE outside of
ovirt using Puppet, and have no tried this with 3.5 as yet to upgrade.
Having full 65K MTU is key on my IB fabric and using iSER benefits from
maintaining that value.

Hi,
I did the following:
1. /etc/ovirt-engine/extensions.d/eayunosAuthn.properties
ovirt.engine.extension.name = eayunosAuthn
ovirt.engine.extension.bindings.method = jbossmodule
ovirt.engine.extension.binding.jbossmodule.module =

Hi,
You need to refer to ad.properties from your profile, in this profile you need
to specify credentials and settings to access the active directory.
For example, how can the implementation guess where your active directory is?
what is the user that is to be used to access it?

Hello,
After I adding a AD directory server to oVirt using manage-domains, I
installed the extension-ldap package. My setup is as follows:
1. /etc/ovirt-engine/extensions.d/eayunos.properties
ovirt.engine.extension.name = eayunos
ovirt.engine.extension.bindings.method = jbossmodule
ovirt.engine.
Hi, everyone,
I have found a big solution for using Ubuntu 14 as a guest of oVirt 3.5!
Ubuntu 14 is troublesome on KVM and SPICE environment now.
Known issues are:
- missing letters from Ubuntu desktop title and menu
- frequently VM goes too much cpu usage and no operationable

Hello,
after upgrading to 3.5 I also upgraded to the lasted engine-ha and ran
into this dependency issue. I just skipped it for the moment as I
consider libguestfs not so much essential on the hosts.

Hello Alon,
I have re-activated oVirt 3.5-pre repo and re-installed
ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap again.
No problem. everything is functional and working well now.

Hi Ryan,
If you want to monitor your oVirt environment (storage domains, data centers,
clusters, hosts) using Nagios you can use check_rhev3:
https://github.com/ovido/check_rhev3
For monitoring virtual machines with Nagios it's possible to use this plugin as
well, but I suggest other (more det
