By the way, do you have an API doc or wiki?

I answer my own question.
"I think" lol
I am going to create a new ovirtmgmt logical network with a vlan tag and
than move my hosts in to it for management. This interface is not part
of the vm network.
The rest of the logical networks with vlans will be tagged and part of
the vm network.

This works for me:
# cat /etc/ovirt-engine/ovirt-websocket-proxy.conf.d/10-setup.conf
PROXY_PORT=6100
SSL_CERTIFICATE=/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/apache-ca.pem
SSL_KEY=/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/keys/apache.key.nopass
CERT_FOR_DATA_VERIFICATION=/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/certs/engine.cer

Where before I couldn't even mount a new storage domain it now mounted and
I have a test vm being created.
Still have to let VM run for a few day

hosts (with NIC interface/s only) to OVS cluster.

engine did start and all is well.
AD authentication is currently broken due to my own ignorance as to

Hi ,
Did you synced network/s after you moved the host to the ovs type cluster?
It seems like you didn't..)
Go to 'Hosts' main tab' and choose the host, go to 'Network Interfaces' sub
tab and press the 'Sync All Networks' , now the networks should be synced
to host as ovs switch type.
