Douglas,
Thank you for your reply.
I found the culprit. It was our FC Switch.
What was wrong with it and how did you find out? (context - I'd like to
understand if we can improve by monitoring errors on host in some way).

Thanks again.

This is not possible at the moment.
We had difficulties trying to get the one defined by the browser as well.
As we go towards having all logs and audit to UTC in 4.2 the latest, for
log aggregation purposes, we might not invest time in that as well.
However, perhaps it can be easy to set this up

Hi,
I am trying to upgrade ovirt from 3.6 to 4.0.
I have backed up configuration on current CenTOS6 oVirt 3.6 manager
with engine-backup, successfully restored it to a new CenTOS7 running
4.0, and trying to run ovirt-engine-rename. It always fails, and I am
not sure where to look:

Is there a way to change the timezone for the dashboard plugin?
I've searched the list and the plugin files and can't seem to find where
it's set.

Any ideas why would this happen?

I confirm now that I have access on FQDN, IP and localhost.

Actually, thinking about it, rather than diffing *all* of the memory on the
first host to resync it at the last moment, the hypervisor probably
simultaneously copies the current state of memory & uses copy-on-write

I applied it and I'm going to test.

Hi Gianluca,
My educated guess...When you live migrate a VM, its state in memory is
copied over to the new host, but the VM still remains online during this
period to minimise downtime. Once its state in memory is fully copied to
the new host, the VM is paused on the original host, its memory

Hi,
To clarify my previous. When adding localhost at
SSO_ALTERNATE_ENGINE_FQDNS="localhost", then i was able to access through port
forwarding. I tried to add IP and localhost, comma separated
SSO_ALTERNATE_ENGINE_FQDNS="10.0.0.10,localhost", and in this case i could not
use localhost.

Hi,
I added the IP address at 11-setup-sso.conf (found at
/etc/ovirt-engine/engine.conf.d), at line SSO_ALTERNATE_ENGINE_FQDNS="IP".
Then restarted engine.
I can access now engine vm using IP, but I cannot when connecting remotely
using localhost and port forwarding through ssh. I tried to add a
