I think it's related to Compute -> Clusters -> Cluster Name -> Gluster Hooks

if you want to expose your LDAP server to keycloak you need to login
keycloak admin console https://ENGINE_FQDN/ovirt-engine-auth/admin and
login as admin user with password specified in engine-setup.
If you are not familiar with Keycloak, please take a look at Keycloak

documentation I'm afraid I'm none the wiser.
I thought there would be a simple 'restore in situ' option but it appears not.
My environments were build using ansible with a hostedengine .json answer file.

But the base DN of my active directory is not the default one so I need to
specify it in ovirt configuration to find users.
