errors out with:
convert: invalid option -- 's'
What am I missing? Do I need any special rpmbuild switches or
something? I see the spec already says "rhev 1" which should be enough.

u can create more than one Data Center.
one can be iSCSI and one can be NFS.
moving the hosts and VM's can be done gradually to the new Data center
or you can choose to run some on one Data Center and some of the other.
