There is an open bug on it which might reflect the issue you encountered

I appear to have 2 VMs that were in the process of being removed from my ovirt
3.1 system when the SPM role shifted to another node and it appears that the
disks were removed from the iSCSI LVM Volume Group but oVirt seems to believe
that it still exists.
