[ovirt-users] [urgent] oVirt 4.3 -> 4.4 production upgrade: OpenStack Provider regression

Hello. I was upgrade our ovirt-engine from 4.3 to latest 4.4.3.12. Seems all flawless, except our storage domain (Cinder). Currently our clusters can't start VM, create Disks, resize disks, etc. Only migration works. The root cause: ovirt missing project_id in API call: ovirt 4.3 call: 17
