1. Download those images on the engine server and upload to ISO_DOMAIN or
use the image-uploader to upload in to Ovirt ??

Also, let me apologize for misreading that!
Rather than using the ISO OEM you'll be much better off just grabbing
the QEMU or OpenStack image from here:
http://alpha.release.core-os.net/amd64-usr/current/coreos_production_qemu_image.img.bz2
or
http://alpha.release.core-os.net/amd64-usr/cu

Former Red Hatter and current "coreo" here.
First which image are you trying to load? Your best bet will be to use
the QEMU image. Also take a look at the console and see what the boot:
line being supplied is.
