There is little chance you'll get much response here, because it's probably not
considered an oVirt issue.
It's somewhere between your BIOS, the host kernel and KVM and I'd start by
breaking it down to passing each GPU separately.

First you have to setup the libvirt user:
saslpasswd2 -f /etc/libvirt/passwd.db -c
I actually use an oVirt VM as my desktop at home. Why? Because I can and
