Is this about an oVirt-managed VM, or a plain libvirt one? With oVirt, the engine creates time-limited tickets for console access. If you connect via the web ui, this should work seamlessly. If it's not, it's probably a bug somewhere. Perhaps explain what you are trying to do and how.
