Fixes for DISPATCH-2257 and DISPATCH-2259 have landed on the 1.17.x branch. I propose backporting the following two additional fixes, as these have been hit by users of 1.17.0: DISPATCH-2264: crash in http2 adaptor DISPATCH-2260: fix http1 adaptor: crash and invalid destination address
