Ran some quiver soak tests with the C based arrow driver in various
configurations on a 24 core /48 thread system (CentOS 7.9):
- peer-to-peer
- qpid-dispatch and 3 high throughput arrow pairs
- qpid-dispatch and 125 “credit 1” low throughput pairs
