lack of testing on qpid-cpp master and I'd like to put this on the 1.35
release branch.

I checked the RC out as follows:
- Verified the sig and checksum files.
- Checked LICENCE+NOTICE files present.
- Ran the CMake build+tests.
- Ran the Maven build+tests.
- Used the staging repo to run the Qpid JMS client master build+tests.
- Used the staging repo to run the ActiveMQ mast

and verified the Router test suite.
