it's kept back.
AFAI remember, I never put on hold this package.
Anyone with the same problem? Is it a feature :-)

Server works fine for the SOGo connector, but not for the Addressbook
Server.

Nope. I don't have the Apple server installed. Last time I considered
it, CardDAV was not yet supported. Think they are in the process of
adding it?
My patches are all about CardDAV. CalDAV works fine with DAViCal.

after a bit (well, several hours...) of investigation, I found that:
1) md5 works flawlessly on my installation, while crypt does not. So it's not
a configuration problem.
2) The code pre-1.3.5a, i.e. the one attached to bug report #703
