Cyrus 2.2 and 2.3 so it does not matter.

Hi guys.
Today I found again that SOGo-1.3.5a doesn't support in full koi8-u,
which is still actively used in Ukraine apart from UTF-8 and CP-1251.
Kindly ask you to add this support in the code in order I do not
manually replacing koi8-r in the hardcode with koi8-u.
