Finally I got it. Although everything in MySQL was in UTF8 I forgot to add the following into my.cnf [mysqld] ... character_set_server=utf8 character_set_client=utf8 [client] default-character-set=utf8 [mysql] default-character-set=utf8 It's in the manual and I didn't update my.cnf - my mistake.

Hello, I admit I haven't been reading carefully all the email traffic. Is Sogo v2.0 Beta stable enough to try in a production environment? It sounds like the final release of Sogo v2.0 is delayed due to microsoft's bugs, but still I really really really need this "MS exchange" functionality.
