According to the CalDAV standard, is server supposed to send all emails
or just primary?
I am trying to figure out where the problem resides. SOGo side or
Lightning side?

ZPUSH base on 3 combined backends:
- Imap - supplied by tour imap server dovecot/cyrus
- Calddav - supplied by sogo
- CardDAV - supplied by sogo
My suggestion is to change log level to DEBUG to know where is
authentication problem.

I think via CardDav is the best(tm) way to do it.
Of course there exist CardDav libraries, but it depends on the
programming language and system you wish it to run...
