[SOGo] Web calendar subscription button absent in Thunderbird

We have a Sogo 2.2.7 server. Thunderbird is version 24.7.0 with Sogo connector & integrator 24.0.6 as well as Lighnting 2.6.6 . We seem to be missing the "subscribe to web calendar" button in Thunderbird. The button is present in the web interface. We can create and view third party web base
