Hi,
a few users have the problem, that their own calendar entries are shown
on different times in calendar view (correct time) and in the free/busy
view (shifted) in Thunderbird/Lightning with SOGo add-ons.
What can this be except from the timezone settings in Thunderbird which
are correct?

Not in SOGo.
But you can use password policy either in AD or LDAP.
If you use a database as authentication source, you are currently on
your own.
