Isn't that a client issue? Most email clients can do that. And you
should really inform your users about the wonders of IMAP and try to ban
POP altogether ... it should have died years ago.

group member deletes a group mail, the mail should not removed
for other group members.
Does SOGo support such features?
Those are IMAP server features. They are adjustable on the IMAP server
backend. Some IMAP servers have them, some have not.
