OK, as often the case the solution appears immediately upon posting. I believe I have solved the problem per:

As promised I can clarify documentation/wiki if desired and allowed. Please let me know. I think I have my initial learning curve installation complete and am going to do a complete fresh install and hopefully turn over to production tomorrow.
