It would be nch better if you send or post more detailed algo of IMAP folder
synchronization beetwen MS Outlook local post file (OST) , Openchange ldb
storage, SOGo PgSQL storage and IMAP folders.

It is because of moving ChangeHighlight and some other element such as
afEmbeddedMessage from property.idl in 4140 version in difference of 4139
version.

Profile in Ubuntu means path to your program binaries, by default Samba4 is
installed to /usr/local/samba it is profile path to Samba4.

I have done Dovecot and Exim authentication by built-in Samba LDAP backend
without any others LDAP servers.
At least It authenticates users with passwords = its login names, for users
with its password != its login names authentication is failed.
