Hi !
After upgrading to 2.2.11a WOWatchDogRequestTimeout = 120 is not honored
any more, and processes are killed after 10 minutes.

Hi !
Our user has closed down Outlook 2013.
On startup, the sync process starts from the beginning.
All mails are downloaded to Outlook again, so all mails are doubled.
There are 2 instances of each email.
What can cause this behaviour ?
This is with nightly build 20141208.

do to debug this, or shall I pass on the .pcap
file ?

Hi !
Our user started from scratch and copied 9 contacts - the result was 9 x

Hi !
Trying the nightly builds
folder.
The result was that SOGo added 10 copies of each contact, and that
Outlook synched these again.
So now our user has 10 x 10 contacts in his folder.

Hi !
There are 1557 contacts in the .PST file.
I can try the nightly build tomorrow and see if it works better.

hing seems to work fine.
I have a pcap of the startup process if that helps towards solving this
problem.
Is there anything else I can try to solve this and/or find the bug (if
there is one) ?

Hi !
Thank you for your tip.
The problem here is that each process grows over the SxVMemLimit.
So even one single sogod process will bring the server to it's knees.
It is as if SOGo ignores this parameter.

ve to kill them off.
I also tried deleting the Outlook profile (both files and from registry)
and start from scratch.
Didn't make a difference.
Restarted SOGo, restarted memcache - no difference.
Is there a settings cache or similar that needs to be cleared in SOGo ?

Sig
t SOGo via webinterface too.
All machines are on static IPs on the same physical network, so I don't
think that's what causes the problem.
Is there any way to enable more logging in SOGo to see where in the
connection process the problem is ?

make clear - SOGo works fine for a while/some days, then suddenly this error
occurs.
So it is not a SOGo configuration error as far as I can see.
Is the LDAP connection from SOGo persistent, or is a new connection made for
each request ?

Sigurd

Do you have a collision between ports on the server?
LDAP will use port 389, but Samba wants that port also.
When I installed Samba, I had to change my LDAP port so it wouldn't
collide with Samb
ng as SOGo, so it's not
an account problem either.
Since a simple restart of only the SOGo service fixes the problem, I
think the problem lies with SOGo.
Is there perhaps a permanent LDAP connection that times out ?

SOGO has 2GB of vmem allocated, so I don't think it's a memory issue.
What can I do to remedy this ?

when it (I assume) is busy sorting the mails for
the initial sync.
Is this purely because of the self compiled packages, or is there a subtle
configuration issue I have missed ?
I ask because I would ideally keep SOGO on the first machine.
