Added information:
When web browser is pointed to the serveraddy/SOGo the login page loads. I
cannot find where it is coming from as I cannot find a link in /var/www nor
in /etc/apache2/sites-available.
Should I see a site/link/conf file entitled SOGo?
I am completely clueless at this point and
OK, I solved this finally.
After changing our static IP I needed to get into /etc/apache2/conf.d/
SOGo.conf finding the following:
RequestHeader set "x-webobjects-server-port" "80"

New issue which sprung up after changing our internet provider and doing
server updates Friday.
I am running SOGo with what I believe are the latest updates from the inverse
repository.
Server is Ubuntu 12.04.5 completely updated. Original install was with
iRedMail.8.5 and mysql for the database.
