Without ocsmanager I was getting an error claiming no folders where open on
outlook 2013 statup. With ocsmanager running outlook 2013 looks fine

It's my understanding that OpenChange/OCSManager/rpcproxy is needed for
Outlook 2003, 2007 & 2010 but that Outlook 2013 uses sogo-activesync, so
if we moved to Outlook 2013, we'd not need OpenChange?

Well arch linux has good README.arch for rpcproxy and ocsmanager I guess
all requirements could be compiled from source either deb source packages.
