Can you guys tell me if the next log has something to do with my problem?
Looking into sogo.log while restarting sogo process, I see this log:

Terminating with SIGINT or SIGTERM

I saw all the discussion to solve your problem, Tamer.
But my problem still persists. I am using Debian 7 with latest git version.
Also, I have already done everything I could, including deleting and
cloning all repo again :x

to update and redo a full make install.

I confirm what Fabian said, that happen to me the same.
I pullmed a couple of minutes ago the last changes of sogo via git and
recompiled. The output is the same:
