Hi there,

I'm having again issue with some ActiveSync devices (mobiles, no
Outlook): there are no contacts synchronized. Mails and Calendars seem
to work fine. Also contacts were working earlier, but not anymore.

It does not seem to affect all users (my Android device seems to work,
even after removing /re-adding the EAS account), but some others told me
that there are no contacts on their devices.

When disabling/re-enabling contact sync (or do a
resetfolder/resetdevice) , I can see entries like that below.
Seems to me like it would be ok. But on the device nothing shows up.

I've changed the settings in sogo.conf to defaults, only these values
are defined:

 SOGoMaximumSyncResponseSize = 512;
 SOGoMaximumSyncWindowSize = 50;
 SOGoEASDebugEnabled = YES;

There is also no "socket shutdown" message (which I mention in another
thread) during this sync (last of this messages in the logs is 2 hours
earlier, so I don't think they have

Not sure if this is happening since I "played around" with Outlook
2013/ActiveSync integration (which I do not use anymore).

Does anybody have a clue how to fix that ?

Regards
Peter
