In this case the subject is displayed as
?utf-8?q?"Pers=C3=B6nlicher_Kalender"_wurde_erstellt?=
And the first character of the mailtext is omitted.

deleted in the overview mail module (so for example 'he event ...' is displayed
instead of 'The event ..." or 'vent Invitation ...' instead of 'Event
