I thinks you're using the mozillaOrgPerson schema (or something like
this...)
I already asked the question, because I use the same (from egroupware), but
this feature does not exist yet on SOGo.

I have added a picture to my ldap accounts ...
But the picture is not displayed in the SOGO webapp when I try to
display a contact description... I think It is probably due to a problem
of fiedname.
The name of the field that contains the picture in my ldap directory, is
jpegPhoto .
