Had the same issue while working on OpenChange compilation on centOS 6.5
with an already deployed Samba4 server.
CentOS packaging is missing some Samba libraries required by OpenChange.
I would require you to uninstall the system packaged samba4 and use
these other packages instead.

I tried to install SOGo (epel and rpmforge repo is enabled):
# /etc/yum.repos.d/inverse.repo
[SOGo]

# yum install sope49-gdl1-postgresql
